1. tender identification

We scan all e‑procurement portals (PHED, PWD, CPWD, NIT) daily. Our team analyzes feasibility, required credentials, and past performance criteria. We focus on water supply, billing, labour contracts, and civil works in Rajasthan.

2. partnership structuring

If a tender requires larger capacity or specific experience, we form joint ventures or consortiums. We welcome sub‑contractors, technology partners, and financial collaborators. We are empanelled with PHED and have all necessary licenses.

3. bid preparation

Our in‑house team prepares technical bids (EMD, experience certificates, work plans) and financial bids. We ensure 100% compliance to avoid rejection. We also assist partners in documentation.

4. execution & project management

Once awarded, we mobilise workforce, equipment, and supervisory staff. We follow strict quality, safety, and timeline protocols. Our project managers provide weekly reports to the client.

  • Capability mapping – We match our experience (similar works, past contracts, workforce) with tender requirements. We provide our PAN, GST, EPF/ESI, and prior work orders for qualification.
  • Resource planning – If selected as partner, we decide the share of work (JV or sub‑contract). We arrange equipment, labour, and supervisory team based on project size.
  • Bid submission – Our bid team prepares all documents: technical proposal, methodology, safety plan, and BOQ. We handle e‑procurement uploads.
  • Post‑award execution – After award, we set up site office, deploy workforce, and commence work. Regular progress meetings with client and partners.
  • Billing & payments – We manage RA bills, measurement books, and client coordination. Transparent sharing of payments with partners.
